Editorial Policy

Our editorial standard is practical usefulness supported by identifiable evidence. We write for people making relocation decisions, not to fill a publishing quota.

Sources and verification

We prioritize Saudi government and regulatory sources for rules, and official provider information for eligibility, fees and services. Market observations are labelled separately. A secondary article can help identify a question, but it is not sufficient evidence for a regulatory claim.

Dates and changing information

Visa, employment, housing, banking, school and insurance information can change. Material factual claims need a recorded verification date. Changing a year in a title does not count as refreshing an article.

Uncertainty and conflicting information

When sources disagree, we examine authority, effective date, geography and eligibility. We explain material uncertainty rather than present an unverified answer as certain. Some details must be confirmed with an employer, school, bank or government service for the reader's specific situation.

Examples and calculations

Illustrative households and job offers are fictional and labelled. Calculations state their currency, payment period and assumptions. Estimated savings are planning outputs, not guarantees. We do not treat a discretionary bonus or a future benefit as guaranteed monthly cash.

Editorial independence

Commercial relationships must be clearly disclosed where relevant. Payment does not establish that a provider is the best choice. Recommendations should explain the criteria and the users for whom an option may be suitable.

Experience, automation and review

We do not invent personal experiences, testimonials, credentials or quotes. Automated drafting and calculations must undergo evidence and quality checks before publication. Responsibility for the published result remains with the publisher.

Corrections

Material errors should be corrected promptly, with a note explaining substantive changes where useful. A correction request should identify the page, the disputed statement and supporting evidence.
